Owner-run cafés
One or two people behind the counter who can't take orders and make drinks at the same time.
About
Most cafés don't have an ordering problem. They have a counter problem: one till, one person, and a line out the door at the exact moment the espresso machine needs attention. Walk-in Ordering moves the ordering to the table so the counter can go back to making coffee.
Who it's for
One or two people behind the counter who can't take orders and make drinks at the same time.
Floors where servers spend more time walking to take orders than bringing food out.
Breakfast rooms, lobby lounges and poolside seating where guests are spread across areas.
How we think about it
A guest who has to install something before ordering a coffee will just walk to the counter. Everything runs in the phone's browser from one scan.
Guests see your logo, your colours and your menu. There's no marketplace, no other cafés listed, and no discount banners pulling them elsewhere.
Big tap targets, a sound when a ticket arrives, and one button to move an order forward. If it needs training, it's too complicated.
Table → order → kitchen → paid came first. Stock, analytics and staff logins were built on top of it. If a feature isn't ready, we label it Roadmap instead of pretending.
Under the hood
Straight answers
Everything under "Live today" works in the product right now. "Coming next" is what we're building on the same order data.
