Who does what

Three people, one order

Each role gets its own screen. None of them needs to install anything: the owner and staff sign in on the web, the guest just uses the phone camera.

Café Admin · laptop or phone

Owner

  1. Buys Platform Access on the Pricing page
  2. Adds menu items, photos and prices (or imports a CSV)
  3. Chooses cash, UPI and bank transfer details
  4. Creates tables and prints the QR pack
  5. Adds staff logins and sets stock counts
  6. Checks revenue, best sellers, tables and staff in Analytics

Guest

  1. Sits at any table and scans its QR
  2. Browses that venue's own menu with photos
  3. Adds items, quantities and a note for the kitchen
  4. Picks how to pay and places the order
  5. Watches the status change until it's served
Staff app · counter phone or tablet

Staff

  1. Hears a sound when a new ticket arrives
  2. Sees table, items, notes and payment method
  3. Moves it Accepted → Preparing → Ready
  4. Serves the table and marks it Completed
  5. Taps Mark paid when the money comes in
