Pay for Platform Access, create your admin login, and you can have QR codes on your tables the same day. Guest payment methods (cash, UPI, bank transfer) are set later in Admin → Payments.

Before you start

Have these ready

None of it is needed to pay, but with these on hand setup takes an afternoon. Not sure how it all fits together? Walk through the workflow.

  • Your menu

    Item names, prices and categories. A spreadsheet works: export it as CSV and import it in one go.

  • Food photos

    Optional, but menus with photos are easier to order from. Phone photos are fine.

  • Your UPI ID or bank details

    Shown to guests who choose UPI or bank transfer at checkout.

  • A table list

    How many tables, and what you call them (T1, Patio 2, Lobby 4).

  • A phone or tablet for the counter

    Anything with a browser. It plays a sound when an order comes in, so keep the volume up.

  • Logo and brand colour

    So the guest menu looks like your place, not ours.
